The expression on her face looks like the sweet fragrance from of all those flowers is making her a bit woozy :) She was designed by Jose Puche circa 2001 and retired in 2004 or 2005.  The underside has the standard flower design along with the word "Lladro" but there are also some additional letters and numbers underneath that that read "L 26 1R". I don't know what that means but I've seen letters and numbers like that on special event models so this figurine may be a special edition of some sort? It has a glossy finish and is 7.75" tall by 4" both wide and deep. There is no original box but I will do my best to ensure that those delicate petals and leaves, along with everything else, remain unblemished and intact during shipment.
