I am only selling this because I purchased this for my elderly father to make his life easier, but being such new technology it confused him. When I came back from offshore, it was past my return date at Best Buy. BRAND NEW, used only twice to map and to vaccum. The mop was setting wasnt used and still has the bottle of cleaner. This Shark is completely hands free, and in perfect condition. Its comes with everything including the original receipt. I'm only selling this due to the fact it is just sitting in a closet, and I would like to recoup some money back for it. I welcome negotiating. The original price was $699, and I got it on a sale a few months ago. I will allow the buyer to fully inspect and test the Shark before purchase; even connect your cell phone to it. As I said it's almost 100% hands free after set up, very quiet and efficient. $190 OBO
