My wife and I recently purchased an SUV from 405 Motors and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were laid back and there was zero pressure to buy the day we looked at the vehicle. They let my wife and I test drive the car without a sales member and when we approached them with our own financing option there were zero issues. We highly recommend 405 motors and will be coming back.

On their website they claim: “125+ point inspection - Experienced technicians put every vehicle through a rigorous Certified Quality Inspection - over 125 points must check out before it meets our high standards.“  Either their technicians are incompetent, or they inspect the vehicle and make no repairs or fixes based on their findings.  They also claim to have a Limited 30 day warranty (This is very limited because apparently it didn't cover anything that was wrong with my vehicle).

2 weeks ago we bought a vehicle from 405 motors.  The day after we bought it we took it to a local Honda Dealership for an oil change and for our reassurance to run a diagnosis on the motor.  Turns out the vehicle needed $1,600 in repairs and fixes, the repairs would take 2 days to complete.

So I took it back to 405 motors, they offered to exchange it for a different vehicle, or they could make the repairs at half the cost $800.  I decided to have them make the repairs.  The repairs took 405 motors 1 week to finish.  At least they covered some of the repair costs.  I would be cautious when buying from this dealer in the future.

*Update* I am changing the review to one star, because they conned us into getting the extended warranty which actually didn't actually cover any of the repair costs. Then when we decided to take advantage of the 30-day hassle-free refund on the warranty, they really draged their feet on giving us a refund, we had to contact them multiple times, and then they made us sit in the lobby for over 20 minutes with a crying child, before finally giving us the refund.

Went in for an oil change and was done in less than an hour and for a fair price. They also checked my tires and brakes for free! This is a great place for an oil change and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely be returning for other issues with my car soon!!

My car was so clean after my first trip to 405 Motors. I was really happy with the detailing job. I dropped my car off at 10 am and it was pretty much ready by 3 pm on the same day. I highly recommend them.

Amazing interior detailing! Fair pricing and they do an above and beyond job. My car looks and feels brand new. Even cleaned up under my hood free of charge since it was need.
