Nelson was great. I was dreading having to deal with a used car salesman, but Nelson was friendly and no pressure. He told me he would hold the FJ for me, and kept his word. Also just got notice that the parts for the repairs he promised are also there and ready to be completed.

I was looking for a truck on Facebook Marketplace and was interested in a 2009 Ford F-150. The morning I showed up to test drive the truck, the truck was stolen but while I was there was found by the police 5 miles away. During my time there, I test drove another F-150, but it was 6k over the price for the one I went in to test drive originally. I made the offer on the more expensive one for a price I could afford out the door, but that was turned down. They informed me that the F-150 that was stolen can be fixed and I will be the first to get it. I informed they would call me at certain times of a day, and never called, so I called them. After 2 days, they said it would be ready, so I called them to check up on it. Once I got them on the phone, they informed me they sold it to someone else in its current condition. I wasn’t informed it was being sold at current condition nor offered the asking price. This place is not an honored place, nor a business I’d recommend a “good deal” or a shady sales man.

This is a good dealer to buy cars and trucks! There is very good attention and I felt very comfortable.

Today I bought my third car from them.  great service, easy.  very good
