Practically new. Bought at consignment store for $42. Black in color, very nice almost like a lace material (hard to explain) halter top where you tie the top so it fits better. Fitted sides make this very slimming. Size is a PETITE large so it’s more like a regular small if your not “petite” the top part is super adjustable though and fits both small and large “bust” basically it doesn’t matter if big boobs or small boobs, it will fit both lol it’s really hard to get good pictures of the blouse so if more info or even a video is needed to show how it looks a little better just let me know
