2013 Nissan Altima, 2.5 SV Model - Clean title, second owner, no accidents at all, Pink slip on hand - Mechanically in excellent condition, very particular on maintenance, synthetic oil changes every 5,000 miles. CVT transmission was replaced around 120,000 miles. I have all maintenance records on hand. - Interior is in great shape. No rips or tears. Power everything in great working condition with Navigation - Power sunroof, no leaks - Tires are in great condition and are rotated at every oil change. They should have at least another 30K-40K miles left on them. - Brakes are in great working condition. Brake rotors/pads were replaced at 155,000 miles. Front brakes were recently replaced again (August 2025). - Battery replaced 3 years ago (August 2022) - Smog test passed recently with no issues (August 2025)
