I recently purchased a vehicle from Bill Luke and couldn’t be happier with my new 2026 Jeep and the overall experience.
From the moment we arrived, we were quickly greeted by Steve, who was friendly, welcoming, and never pushy. He took the time to walk around with us as we browsed vehicles and made the process feel relaxed and enjoyable. We test drove a vehicle we liked, but when it ended up being above our desired price range, Steve didn’t pressure us—instead, he genuinely worked to help us find options that better fit our budget.
After we shared what we were looking for and our comfortable price point, he showed us several great alternatives, all of which we were able to test drive. Throughout the process, Steve was incredibly patient, kept us laughing, and made the experience fun rather than stressful. When we finally chose the right vehicle, the negotiation process was smooth and hassle-free—something I really appreciated.

I originally went to the dealership looking for a truck and ended up finding the exact model I wanted in a newer year. When I arrived at Jeep, I was greeted by Mr. Farrell.

Unfortunately, the experience quickly became disappointing and highly unprofessional.

From the very beginning, the interaction felt extremely judgmental. Rather than treating me like a valued customer, the conversation was almost entirely focused on pricing and cost. There was very little effort made to understand my situation or assist me in a genuine and professional manner. Most of the interaction consisted of him talking about numbers and pricing rather than actually engaging with me respectfully as a customer.

What made the experience even more frustrating was that I had already been pre-approved earlier that same day through two separate dealerships. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Mr. Farrell began demanding that I provide the pre-approval paperwork I had in my truck from the other dealerships. He then proceeded to tell me, directly to my face, that everything I was saying about being pre-approved was “bullshit,” while using foul and inappropriate language throughout the conversation.

As a homeowner with a six-figure income who came fully prepared to purchase a vehicle, I found the entire interaction extremely disrespectful and disappointing. After reviewing my credit score, Mr. Farrell still refused to even run the pre-approval process or attempt to structure a deal for me.

Within an hour of leaving, I contacted another dealership that had already pre-approved me and successfully purchased the exact same truck without any issues. The difference in professionalism, respect, and overall customer service was night and day.
