Very pleased with the quality of vehicles on this lot. Everything was nice, clean and organized. You won't have to worry about buying something that just has deleted codes, and to find out it has a lot of problems days down the road. Mark helped us through the entire process and wasn't pushy and was very cool, gave you space and time to feel the vehicles out, real people. Very happy with my purchase and the service I received.

Mark was fantastic at his job. Every question we had was answered all documents we requested to review were provided without an issue and never pushy. Him and his team took great care of us and we will be back! We will never purchased used from anyone else.

We literally had just left another dealership and we’re losing hope on finding our next vehicle. When we arrived at the Super Center we were greeted by Brad! Immediately we could tell our experience was going to be better!

Brad took his time and made sure we were taken care of throughly, if he didn’t know he took the time to research and get us the answers we were looking for!

I totally recommend The Super Center and Brad to anyone looking for their next ride!

Bad customer service from a salesman which led to many headaches and even CHANGING THE INITIAL CAR and getting into bigger loan due to false advertisement during the time of purchase (Yes I asked all the questions before the initial purchase and had the car inspected) Information was just withheld in order to benefit the sale and the salesmen failed to understand the product he was offering to the full extent. Sucks the customer still has to suffer the consequences for the deceptions and lack of understanding of employees. But aside from that, I like my new car, I don't love it because it was over budget and the hurdles and multiple trips taken to the dealership to come to a "resolution". Be wary when purchasing. Two people who made this more manageable was Alex (Tacoma Pre-Owned) and John (South Tacoma Mazda) which answered every phone call and did what they could in their power to make a fair deal. If I had to pick two people from there, I'd do business with them If given an option, they knew their product and were men of their word. I'd ask for them every time.
I considered keeping the vehicle but the cons outweighed the pros.
