First of all I want to say how amazing the process from start to finish was clean and easy. Came in to test drive this 2015 Jeep Compass, coming from a 1995 jeep wrangler. I absolutely love it, didn’t know if i was gonna like it at first but later in the day I couldn’t stop thinking about all the little upgrades I could do to call it mine. 2 days later we finished on a price because we went to get it looked at and there’s about 1,700 amount to do on the car underneath, he was understanding and went halfway for the repairs it needs. after doing all the paper etc it was not even 2 hours later and i was driving home in my new beauty of a car. even before this we went to a dealership to look and it took two hours i couldn’t imagine. I want to thank Sebastian so much for this amazing experience because he felt like family after seeing him the second time to finalize it. He sold it to us the day before he left for a trip. I happened to be driving by this place when a I saw a Tacoma sitting outside on the lot. I stopped and was greeted by Sebastian who let me take it for a test drive. I have been in the market for a midsize truck but was in a tough spot and Sebastian went above and beyond to make my trade in and deal work. He is an honest guy and will do whatever it takes as long as you’re respectful. He provides a full concierge service you will not get at any other dealer. He was patient and he did a ton of leg work. I will be having him hunt down vehicles for me in the future and I’ve already recommended him to friends and family. 10/10

My boyfriend and I bought a 2012 Nissan Xterra from Sebastian a couple weeks ago. My boyfriend is a big car guy so we were pleased to find out that Sebastian isn’t just a money hungry car dealer, he’s a guy that’s built a business around his passion. All of the cars on his lot were unique and well taken care of.

The process for buying our Xterra was streamlined. We are from out of state so we didn’t expect it to be as easy as it was. Sebastian had us test drive it and we took it to a Firestone to have a pre-purchase diagnostic done. He came in with us and helped us talk to our tech to try to get us in early. There was one small issue with our truck and Sebastian literally got onto the wet gravel with my boyfriend and poked and prodded at the undercarriage with him. He was able to go down on the price to compensate for the problem and was very transparent about it. He even offered to meet us halfway for the purchase because we live around 2 hours north of the dealership.

Overall, Sebastian was awesome to work with and was a really friendly and knowledgeable guy. He’s one man running an entire dealership.  Any bad reviews on here boil down to misunderstandings and/or not having a pre-purchase diagnostic done (it’s literally $9 at the Firestone down the street). If you’re considering buying a car from him, you absolutely should!

This is the third car we have purchased from My Luxury Imports. You don't buy three cars from the same place unless they take care of their customers. Our children are customers too. Sebastian sells clean, quality, well inspected cars at prices that are more than fair. Before purchasing the Mustang, I searched all the websites and dealers and ended up at My Luxury Imports once again. I purchased from another dealer a little over a year ago after hitting a deer and needing a vehicle fast. Sebastian was my first stop, but he didn't have what I was looking for and I didn't have time to let him find it for me (rental cars are crazy expensive). The sale went great, but I couldn't figure out how to program something into the car, and when I tried to call back and speak with my sales guy a few months later, he was gone. You can always get a hold of Sebastian. Next time I won't even bother searching. Sebastian, thank you for being a man of your word and offering such high-quality cars at fantastic prices. My car died, and was going to cost more than it was worth to fix.  So, I found myself suddenly needing to buy a car, when I couldn't afford to.  I was having a hard time finding something in my price range, and in the local area (so I could take it to my mechanic, to have it checked out).

I saw a car listed at Luxury Imports, that seemed like it might be a good fit.  So, I asked Sebastian if he minded if I took it to my mechanic, to check it out.  He said no problem.  Unfortunately, my mechanic couldn't give that one a thumbs up.  But, that is why you always take used cars to get checked out, before buying them.

A couple weeks later, Sebastian calls me to say he is about to get another car, that I might be interested in.  I took it to my mechanic, and they said it is a great car, it just needs a few things taken care of (to be expected, on an older, high mileage used car).  I brought it back, and let Sebastian know about the work it needed, and he worked with me on the price.  About an hour to an hour and a half later, I left with my new (to me) car.  I am very happy with the car, and the experience buying it.  Thank you, Sebastian!
