On 10-21-2022, my husband and I arrived at TAS with every intention of purchasing the 2010 Mini Cooper Convertible. Prior to purchasing it, we took it to Performance Motor Works in Rocklin (great place btw) for a pre purchase inspection and boy am I glad we did. After a thorough inspection, the mechanic listed off a whole host of problems that he estimated would cost nearly $13,000 to fix. We sure dodged a bullet! After we returned the car, I advised the owner of all the problems and offered to give him a copy of the listed repairs needed, but he declined. Instead, he put the car back on the lot and did not disclose all of the problems I told him about. What a shame! BUYERS BEWARE!

I was very skeptical  before buying a USED CAR. There is alsways a risk o fbuying something used and specially if you are spending more than 5k of dollars out of pocket. Thunder auto allowed me to take my vehicle to personal trusted mechanic. My mechanic did not find any wrong with it so I decided to buy it. A year later my car is still running great with no issues. I also bought a extended warranty just in case. I am glad i havent had the need to use it. People at the office we helpful and patience with me with all my questions(it was my firts time buying a used car, of course i will ask alot of question).  I will definitly buy another car or refered a friend about this place.

Horrible experience with in house lenders took all day. Sold me a F150. Check engine light in 400 miles shot catalytic converters and their warranty doesn’t cover smh. Owners did nothing but say they don’t care. Huge rip off . Never again
