This sweet little gem has been sitting in a shed for literally over 20 years. I have since removed most the rust and gave it a fresh layer of paint however It will not start...maybe it needs new oil, new spark plug? Gas? I'm not sure. But it is in pretty good shape for sitting 20yrs+, and I'm confident with some troubleshooting and effort the right person can restore it. These go for $500+ easily when up and running so dont haggle or ask dumb questions. Do some research before you hit me up. NO I do NOT have the title or keys.
