Went there to test drive a 2014 M5 and even made an appointment. He refused to let me test drive the car until I’ve either sold my car or put a deposit down after the test drive. I wasn’t going to commit to a car that I hadn’t even driven yet. He claimed I was only there for a joyride even though I pulled up in a BMW and I work at a BMW dealership which he knew. If I really wanted to go for a joyride, I would test drive a 2022 M5 from my workplace. There’s a reason that 2014 M5 has been on the lot since July of 2021 (I visited March 2022). He proceeded to cuss me out after I thanked him for wasting my time since I had driven nearly an hour there as there’s no 2014 M5s in my area. Stay away from this dealership and don’t waste your time like I did.

Edit: Not sure why he’s lying and speculating so much in his response. He asked for $5,000 not $500 and he said he’d only give me a week to sell my car. If you look up 2014 M5 on any used car site, you’ll see there’s not many out there for sale. For the condition that M5 was in, it was definitely not worth the price as the interior wasn’t in great shape. My car is worth $6,700, I have plenty of money saved, and my credit score is over 740. We never even got to talk numbers because he wouldn’t even let me test drive the car. He was trying to get me to commit to buying it before letting me drive it. At every other dealership I’ve been to, the test drive comes first and talking about financing and down payment comes second.

Had a great deal experience here. The owner is very professional, straight forward, and honest man. I came in because I loved the BMW posted (he has a lot of beautiful foreign cars). If your looking for a well kept car this is your place to go. I came in as a first time buyer expecting a low rate and good deal and that's exactly what I got. Jimmy didn't go off based on the first bank, he really went out his way and made sure I got the best deal with the best bank which I am very happy about. He also told me he would get the interior painted since some patches were faded and he followed along with his promise and my car looks amazing! I am so happy with my purchase, thanks again Jimmy. I totally recommend this dealership.

I was looking up and street for a dealer that was available and had the best deal! I visited Hayward weeks ago when i was leaving but I decided to come back. Let me start off by saying that jimmy is amazing he will help you out with bad credit , I walked in a year ago with terrible credit he got me driving in a nice car with low payments and low down payment , now a year later went again and he helped me out once’s again with a new BMW with low payment and low  down payment he will help you out no matter what , I recommend going !!!!!
