I bought it thinking I could fit it somewhere easily accessible but I was not able to. This printer has an upgraded hard drive with a half TB of hard drive space saving documents right on to the printer. Hard drive spec is 32mb cache, 7200 rpm, and 6gb sata connection. Old Hard drive was only 320 gb with 8 mb of cache, 5400 rpm disk speed, and 6gb sata connection. Brand new these would cost up to $32,000. Refurbished are selling at 2,750 currently. I bought mine from an office building that was moving and no longer needed it. It is in great working condition. Tested color prints and scans all work well. The black and cyan toner will need to be replaced soon but they are very reasonably priced. around 40 dollars for each aftermarket color and black in high yield size. Black should be able to print 33,000 pages per toner cartridge with normal coverage area which for me would have been replaced once every 2 years to 3 years. Paper hopper can hold up to over 1000 sheets. Plus the scanner has all the bells and whistles for scanning documents front and back and multiple sheets at once with a top loaded auto feeder.
