I bought a bat bag.  Then I decided to vamp it up a bit to make it stronger.    ·         I cut a piece of wood to frame around the wheels and attach it to the bag with screws and washers.  This was to support the eventual sagging that all catchers bags seem to do over a year or two between the wheels.  They drag the ground, tear up the material, and kills the lifespan of the bag. ·         Then, I noticed that the bag I purchased did not have the “extended” handle to pull the bag with.  Same handle like most luggage bags have.  This handle is attached to square tubing which runs the length of the bag.  This offers much more support to the entire bottom of the bag.  So….  I took the one out of my old bag a put rivets into it and permanently attached the tubing.  I did not cut holes in the bag for a handle, so the extended handle does not happen.  But, boy did it solidify the support of the bag. ·         After doing all that.  THE BAG WAS TO SMALL FOR ALL THE CRUD I TAKE TO A GAME!    I have already ordered another brand of bag which is an XL bag.  But, now I have a brand new bag with improvements.  Anyone who was considering a bag for this year can buy this one if you want.  very solid and should last for years. (I’m an idiot)  Should have packed the bag first and I would have known.
