Selling my Hughes Apartment sofa. The fabric is called Cordova Eclipse - it matches with just about anything. I bought it from Joybird in 2019. I love it but recently bought a 3 seater couch and no longer have room. It's in excellent condition - hard to find any signs of wear other than a few fuzzies here and there. Super comfortable, with it's exceptionally high back cushion. I decided later to purchase the Cort Cube Ottoman in the same fabric, which I'll include for an additional cost.
