Very thick & durable leather, as evident with the weight. Well constructed & made to last, as all leather Brighton bags are. CONDITION: In beautiful condition, with no flaws or damage to mention, with the exception of the normal tarnishing of the metal "jewelry." Extremely clean inside & out. Shiny & healthy leather. Zipper run smoothly. Was in great condition but since last used it was professionally restored to look like new again outside and cleaned quite well inside. In rare condition for a bag of this age because of the meticulous restoration. The price reflects the condition, and is actually lower than the cost involved.
