I am selling my sectional couch and ottoman (Sand color for both) that I purchased from Living Spaces about 2 years ago. This couch is in VERY GOOD condition with no rips/tears and no stains on it. This was purchased for $3000 originally from Living Spaces. This couch is down feather stuffed. Also you get the pillows with the couch shown in the pictures. The sectional and ottoman are from the Mercer Collection. They still sell the sectional at Living Spaces. This can be viewed in person at Living Spaces as this is still on display. There is clear access downstairs but this will be moving down a flight of stairs. I am asking $400 for this very nice sectional and ottoman.
