Description
This one is for you offset body lovers! As much as I love this guitar, she's not getting the love that she deserves... I think she was meant for someone else. This guitar is the child of a Strat and a Jaguar, 3 pup configuration but offset body and 24" neck scale... I know, mind blown! You can get a sound range that is hard to find elsewhere... She is in excellent condition (few marks from playing), and better that when I got it as I upgraded the neck and middle pickups with Seymour Duncans (SSL-2 vintage, the humbucker is the Fender original) and upgraded the tremolo bar with the kind that pops in and out. Now for the spec junkies out there, I found the description on the interwebz: Fender designed the Pawn Shop Jaguarillo solidbody electric guitar to offer an instrument that never actually was, but definitely should have been. Inspired by some eccentric Fender pieces from the '60s and '70s, the Pawn Shop Jaguarillo sports a streamlined control set, an HSS pickup configuration, and vintage-style hardware that all add up to a unique playing experience. And the tone is pure Fender, thanks to the timeless recipe of an alder body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard. The Pawn Shop Jaguarillo sports two Standard Stratocaster single-coil pickups and an Atomic humbucking bridge pickup to give you a wide-ranging tonal palette. But thanks to the angle of the pickups, the Jaguarillo has a distinctive voice of its own. The pickups are angled to add some extra growl to the bass notes, and some extra edge in the treble registers. • Color: Faded Sonic Blue • Distinctive Jaguar body style, with a feature set inspired by eccentric Fender gems from the '60s and '70s • Alder body provides well-balanced tone with a sweet midrange • Rosewood neck • Maple neck has a 24" scale, comfortable to play and harmonically rich • Fretboard Radius: 9.5" • Neck Shape: "C" Shape • Number of Frets: 22 • Fret Size: Medium Jumbo • Straightforward control set compared to other Jags • HSS pickup configuration gives you a wide tonal range • Pickups are angled for more low-end growl and high-end bite • Pickguard: 3-Ply Mint Green/Black/Mint Green • Gig bag included
