Experience started off great but eventually took a turn for the worst , I had worked with a sales man name mike , wanted to walk away with a Jeep , he made that possible for me and was very grateful. But immediately started notice some issues with the vehicle , on the first day , squealing brakes , sensor problems with my vehicle , which was causing the vehicle to jerk, windshield washer bottle cracked, door dented on the side which caused water to leak inside vehicle . Voiced my issues to him the next day after getting the vehicle, they gave me the hardest time to fix the issues on the 2nd day of me having the vehicle , to the point I wanted my money back and was denied , ended up calling the police . Literally cried because they would not fix the vehicle which was unsafe to drive , and the owner Moe did not care at all .   Long story short , just make sure everything is in tip top shape , drive that vehicle home if you have to before purchasing , please . honestly I’m stuck in this situation with this vehicle , just would not recommend them at all . Worst customer services I ever experienced in my life . Be safe out here with these mom and pops shop please .

Called for the first time last week about interest in a jeep they had in inventory. Spoke to a young lady Vanessa that has been updating and answering all question and steering me in the right direction. Upon arrival, I met with mike and Omar who broke everything down with processing, and leading me to the best options. Going forward, they stayed 2 hours after closing so they can accommodate me as I came from CT. Over all great experience, professional, and nothing but great customer service. Will definitely be recommending this location. 5 stars all around !
