Had a great experience at Selman Chevrolet. I came in for a recall, and everything went really smoothly. Elizabeth helped me out and was super friendly and professional. They took care of the recall, set the tire pressure just right, and even gave the car a wash. Thanks again, Elizabeth and the Selman team!

They charged me $195 for a car wash (and a vehicle inspection and diagnosis that was useless) which led to a repair estimate to replace a part for $900.

I declined the repair and took the vehicle to a different repair shop. This other shop charged only $150 for a BETTER vehicle inspection with photos and measurements and a BETTER diagnosis AND FIXED THE ISSUE FOR FREE without replacing a part... without an unnecessary repair.

This is the second bad experience I've had with this service center at Selman

Jim T. was fantastic! I stopped by the dealership about 6 weeks before my purchase. I was clear to him I wasn't ready to purchase that day but I had some questions about the Colorado ZR2. He spent an hour or more answering every question in detail. I was so impressed, I told him I appreciated his time and I would come back to see him when I was ready to buy.
Fast forward to last week.... I texted him to determine what time he worked over the weekend. We scheduled a day & time....Jim made this purchase a seamless experience!! First class....

I purchased my new C8 online. Tommy communicated with me by email and text simply and seamlessly completed my order to my specifications. He kept me apprised of the status. My purchase went faster than planned and my car arrived just over 3 months from order date as I expected 4-6 months.

I was out of the country when the car arrived but two days later I returned and rushed to pick it up. When I showed up I was a bit surprised the car presentation when I arrived wasn’t as I expected. Tommy apologized and rushed it off to be detailed. I also spoke with the GM Walter. He was a very compassionate and caring man reassuring me he wants me to be a happy customer.

Other than the small hiccup this experience was amazing. They truly wanted to make things right and they did.

This dealer has been here for 40 years in the same family. Walter and Tommy made my wife and I feel like family. I love the old school look of this dealer and am glad I chose them. Our family has grown adding them to it. Thanks for everything and this beautiful piece of art for my garage.

Great buying experience with Selman, Joe did a phenomenal job executing the sale. Was an in and out process which we enjoyed. We will definitely be purchasing our next vehicle with Selman.
