Just finished purchasing a vehicle at Betancourt Auto sales. We had the pleasure of meeting Samuel who was very patient and met all of our needs. He has been the best salesman’s we have dealt!

I had been looking for a car for several weeks, and the process had been nothing short of frustrating, dealing with the typical bait ads from other used car dealers who would list a price but then surprise you when you went in person. If I called, they wouldn't even reveal their lowest price if paid in cash over the phone. It was aggravating. But then I saw a vehicle for sale by Betancourt.

The car appeared to be in excellent condition, and I was excited but wary that it was just another ploy to lure me in. I was expecting to hear that the price did not include the down payment. So I dialed the number and spoke with George. He was friendly and genuine right away. He even went outside and took a video of the car, which he sent as soon as we hung up the phone. When I decided to look at the vehicle in person, I was even more surprised.

George greeted me again and showed me the car. It was flawless. I had the experience of making this purchase, and I can honestly say that it was the first time I didn't feel like I was being played by the typical used car lot players. There was nothing to hide, and there were no surprises. Tony in finance was AMAZING; he was patient, down-to-earth, and made me feel like an old friend. Ray, the sales manager, was also extremely friendly and congratulated me and made me feel extremely welcome. There was nothing artificial about George, Ray, or Tony. These guys are genuine, and it shows.

But, in the end, George was the one who sealed the deal. I've been turned off by many salespeople and refused to look at cars because of the sense of deception and game in the conversation. It was George's genuine personality that drew me in to secure the car I had been looking for for several weeks. I'm sure this sounds cliche because we hear it all the time. However, George went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of and able to drive home in my new car. Someone is in charge of their sales team because these guys are doing things correctly, with genuine relationships and no gimmicks.

I’d ask for him when looking. He was very honest and upfront. He also stayed in communication with me before and after the purchase to ensure things were going smooth.
