A whirlwind, but somewhat copacetic experience.

They went out of their way to make my purchase desires a possibility, while they didn't have the color I wanted I did get exactly the car I hoped for at a price that was incredible!
I've been a long time customer now and the Chevy Volt has handled like a dream,  and is completely reliable. I have returned to the dealership for every service and oil change and the service is just what I need.
They may take a while to get the work done but it is worth the wait. When I say that I mean it is always same day repair or maintenance, with only a few hours of waiting. They have a lovely lobby with popcorn and a sofa fountain as well as vending machines and coffee for your convenience. A play place for kids and a giant TV for entertainment while you wait.

The car buying process is never fun, but we were really impressed with Murdock today. Our sales rep, Marius, was very pleasant, friendly, professional and made the process go as smoothly as possible for purchasing our new truck. Having your kids with you at the dealership is never ideal but Marius and the other Murdock members were very accommodating and helpful with our two boys. We were joking with one of the other reps who brought us some drinks that our 10-year-old will take some chips and salsa, and 15 minutes later, no joke, he comes back with a tin of chips and salsa from a nearby restaurant :)

We have been looking for a Subaru Legacy for about a month and have had a few not  so wonderful experience at other dealers until we came across Murdock Chevrolet. We were immediately greeted by Emily. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and did so much for us. Everyone we encounter were so nice and helpful. We will definitely be going back the next time we need a new car.

Update: We came back! Our experience this time around was just as wonderful. Unfortunately for us the vehicle we wanted was already being looked at by another person. Ryan handled the situation really well. We still got to discuss and test drive the original vehicle while the other person was still deciding and as soon as the other person had decided we were told immediately. It was handled professionally and we still found a vehicle that meets our needs.
