So it's 2 days after I got my SUV back for a so called repair with the O2 sensors and THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON AGAIN!  This will be the 4th time this issue has not been fixed.  Wondering how it passed inspection in the first place!  🤔 EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED 😡

HORRIBLE experience so far an I haven't even owned my vehicle for 30 days yet!  Just days after I bought my SUV the tire just about fell off and then I had to provide a tow to their shop for repair and was not provided a loaner.  Then a few days after they fixed what was supposedly a broken bolt the check engine light came on.  Had to take it back to get it "fixed" ,  then yet again I had to take it back even after that for the same problem! Then to top it off when it was being fixed for the 3rd time I had to pick it up after hours and they had forgotten to leave the key in it!!!  I have to drive 45 min each way every time I have to go back!  I had it checked by another mechanic and the wrong part was put in!  I have had nothing but headaches and aggravation from these people and I haven't even owned the car 30 days yet!

The experience was pleasant. The salesmen were very nice and personable.

My father and I recently bought a car from their Alden location and I cannot say anything less than great things! Andy was incredibly helpful in the process and we ended up getting the car in just a few days! I would definitely recommend this dealership.
