Description
It supports squats, pull downs, it can support benching if you get the seat for it and anything in between obviously. It’s got a straight bar and weights with it; 2x45lbs, 2x25lbs, 4x10lbs, 2x5lbs, 2x2.5lbs I also have plenty of weights for the pulldowns which if you get dumbbell bars or something similar you could use them for that as well. Racks in great shape + a little dust from lack of use.
