Buying a used car can be a scary proposition. On one hand You're excited and can't wait to show it off, but on the other hand you can't help but wonder how this automobile was treated before you slipped behind the wheel.
I purchased a SUV Ford Escape from platinum. I had several issues with the vehicle.  Ian was my salesman and he was extremely sympathetic. So much so, that he contacted the owner, Pat, who personally reached out to me. Pat had just had his 1st baby and still took the time to ensure that I was being taken care of.
My point is, that even though things did not go well with my Escape. The guys at Platinum auto did not abandon me. That's why I gave 5 stars. I appreciate the effort! Things don't always go your way, but it's nice to know I choose a dealer that cares. Thanks, Don

Bought a sweet 2011 Tahoe from these guys. Good price, good condition. Dealer was very willing to work with us.
