Ganley Subaru easily beats the prices of anywhere in Erie, PA. The customer care I received before, during and after my transaction was exceptional. Their employees were constantly reaching out offering help and information. I took one star away because they made negotiating the price of my trade in rather difficult. Hannah was so awesome about helping me find a Subaru I loved. I had a feeling when I was assigned to someone with a thriving orchid at her desk, things would turn out alright. I previously had some frustrating experiences trying to find a used car at other dealerships, but she was the perfect personality match for me. I don’t like feeling rushed or manipulated; who does? Hannah was very unlike the sales folks I had worked with before - not pushy at all, and didn’t take me over to cars that were beyond my budget (though eventually I did wander over there myself and found the car for me). Hannah is super friendly, and we had great conversations about mutual interests while test driving cars. When I signed for my Forrester, she drove it to my house and showed me all the bells and whistles. Dear reader: I’m absolutely in love with this car--the interior, the sound system, the space, and especially how it drives in Cleveland winters. Every few months I’ll get a check-in text from Hannah, making sure everything is still going well. It always is! Sincere gratitude to Hannah and the Ganley team!

Recently scheduled service for   my 2012 Subaru for 120k maintenance and to repair a worn pulley/belt which was making noise. Since there was going to be a fair bit of work done and not sure how long the diagnosis would take we asked for a courtesy vehicle.

When we arrived to drop off the car in the afternoon we spoke with the consultant who reviewed the work that was to be done and quickly got us on our way with the courtesy vehicle. Since it was approaching the end of the day we didn't expect to hear anything until the next day.

The following morning the consultant called with the update on the prognosis and cost for the service. The consultant answered all my questions and assured me that other than the belt/pulley issue and the regularly scheduled maintenance for the vehicles age that the car had an otherwise clean bill of health. Because of the amount of work needed that we could pick the car up the following morning.

We arrived the following day to pick up the car. Again met with the consultant who reviewed the work done and the costs for each service. We paid the bill and we're again on our way.

I have owned the car since brand new and always had regular service done. After the last maintenance the car runs almost better than new.

I always had my Subarus serviced by dealerships since they just seem to do better quality work. Since this dealership is now closer to home we will happily be using them as our regular service center.

Thanks to a particularly bold and impulsive deer, I found myself looking for a replacement car without much to go on.  Fortunately, Hannah here was able get me settle with exactly what I needed with speed and efficiency!  Everyone was helpful and informative.  Now I'm back on the road better than before.  Thank you!
