The suv (6 years ago)started off fine.. needed a new starter a month later.. then eventually a new engine. Do not get an acadia from anywhere. The car itself was ok coming from a used dealership..but gmc needs to seek help.

Now the work van that I recently got under new management is fine. I have no complaints. The people working there now are great.

I recently purchased an suv from Greenville Auto World. I worked with Chris Stox. It was the easiest auto purchase I have made in many years. There were no aggressive sale tactics, just a genuine concern that you purchased the vehicle you desired. All of the vehicles appeared in very good condition.  I would highly recommend Chris and Greenville Auto World or Greenville Motor company.

I have gotten all my service work done here for approximately 10 years - both my car and my wife's car.  The service advisors know me by name when I call or walk in.  That makes me feel good.  Because I use my vehicle for sales, it's a challenge if I don't have it accessible to me.  Most times when I need service work on the planned stuff (oil changes, brakes, inspections, tires, etc.) I call early in the week and set it up for a Saturday.  I drop off my car, after hours on a Friday evening, and leave the key in their drop location.  That way, I can be first on a Saturday without having to get up early.  They are great to call me back with a detail of what needs to be done before they move forward with the work.  That's a small thing, but I do genuinely appreciate it.  Because they are good to communicate with me, there are no surprises.  And because it's an independent shop, I also save money over a dealership.  The hourly labor rates are significantly less.  GAW has 5 bays so they've always been able to get me worked in and turned around quickly.  To my memory, over the 10 years I've been going there, I don't ever recall there being anything they couldn't fix for me.  Sorry for the long post, but I do genuinely like the great service they provide, so I had to give them a thorough "shout out".

I can't say enough about Gville Motor Co. Every time we have an issue with our vehicle, they have always given us excellent service. And their prices are very affordable. I highly recommend them for all your mechanical needs!

I absolutely love my Flex! Awesome customer service. Aubrey is so very helpful and easy to work with. I had a little issue, and they bent over backwards to make sure they made it right and that I was happy with my ride.
