I bought a 2010 used Dodge Ram 2500 from them, the transmission failed because of a previous repair that should have been fixed by NMM.
That cost me $2100 to repair with an extended warranty ( no truck for 1 week) Got the truck back and the starter had to be replaced, I travel a lot for work and had a mobile mechanic repair it no big deal. The check engine light was on from the first day I had it and they said they guarantee it will pass inspection. I'm working in Maine and have to come back to NJ to drive another vehicle and drive back to Maine. I have a mechanic that will pick my truck up, repair it and bring ut back if I drop the keys off. I failed inspection 2 times for an evap leak. My mechanic did a smoke test and said it was the fuel pump so I said fix it while I was in Maine and the cost was $1000 to replace the fuel pump. I asked NMM if they would pay for it or find out what their mechanic would charge and pay me that.
Their answer is NO. I SUGGEST YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRIGHTING FROM THEM OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
