Enables you to exercise nearly all the muscle groups - altogether about 20 different exercises that include bench press, leg extensions, pull overs, triceps press downs, and abdominal crunches. Very good quality piece of exercise equipment. This multi-gym does not use weights. It uses an adjustable tension cord system. Has the same effect as a weight system.
