The remote has a "follow me" mode that acts like a remote thermostat. No problem cooling a 12x12 bedroom. Selling because I bought three new smart ACs this past year, and I just don't have a need or room for this anymore. It also comes with the window mount panels but you'll need to get screws for that. Only issue I'm aware of is that when I was moving it I seemed to have lost the drain plug. Although, this has been rigged with a drain tube coming from the compressor, for simpler draining. Made it so much easier to dump the water into the bathtub or wherever instead of having to wheel this monster around the apartment to drain. So it won't fill up with water anyways, and if you can get the hose out the window or something, you'll never have to drain it.
