I recently bought a 2025 GMC Sierra from this dealership and had a fantastic experience. The price was very reasonable, and the service was top-notch. I made an appointment last week to come in this morning for an oil change and get my tires rotated. I pulled up to the service area and was sitting in my car and was ignored for 30 minutes so I decided to just back out and leave. Made an appointment at a Chevy dealership across town instead. I don't know what happened but I've owned a total of 10 cars in my life, all different brands and I've never experienced customer service like this before, not even at a Mitsubishi dealership. I'll give it 2 stars because the front desk lady was nice, maybe I'll try again in the future.

Edited: after returning on my second trip to get work done on my car, Richard and Sean took care of me. I would like to thank Richard for reaching out and did his best to retain my business and gave me a good deal in the service department. What Richard did is how you create a loyal customer. Will be back in the future to get work done!

Kris was amazing from the very beginning. A few months ago, when we first walked in, he was very pleasant and inviting. He really took the time to understand my needs. At the time, we weren’t quite ready to make a move, and we let him know—we told him we’d come back when the time was right.

Fast forward a few months, I happened to be there again because my parents needed a new truck. That’s when I saw the Hummer in the perfect color and decided it was time to make the change. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. Kris and his manager made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
