Welp, I just purchased my new 2021 Ducati Panigale V4SP and wow am I happy. I couldn't have done it without Nico's help though, he's a salesman and took about a week for me to get this bike from beginning to end using my personal credit union.
Nicco followed up daily was extremely professional, not pushy and 100% understanding. We have some hiccups with the credit union, but after having small concerns, he assured me that they got my back and they were going to do everything possible to make this deal happen for me.. I also wanna give a shout out to Mike finance manager for helping me make this happen. If I were you guys, I would ask for Nicco and he'll treat you extra special if you give him a Diet Coke. Definitely recommend wheels In motion.

Bought my 2025 Kawasaki ninja 650 from JC a little over a month ago and could not be happier!! Went in prepared to pay the high markup and dealer fees and was so happy with the OTD price I didn’t even need to negotiate! (Saved 1500$ from where I expected it to be)
Just came in for my 600 mile maintenance and when I was making my appointment the guy gave me a ballpark estimate of 400-450$ but said he was overestimating which I greatly appreciated. Dropped off my bike today and was quoted 380$ which I signed off on and when I went to pick it up I was pleasantly surprised that my total was only 350$! Bike is running perfectly and everyone I have dealt with has been absolutely fantastic! I’ve also bought gear from them and the staff were friendly, incredibly helpful and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They also gave me great discounts on my gear since I bought my bike from them. Couldn’t be happier with all of my experiences here so far!

We have a love hate relationship with this dealership, we bought a beautiful Indian from them in 2023, great price, no nonsense, etc. This week I put in an online request to trade my bike in, because they have an Indian that I want - they emailed an offer, that did not include any of the upgrades I did to the bike, I get it, I will not get what I think the upgrades are worth, but I was hoping they would equate to something to get me closer to what I want to sell this bike for... A sales person called and text me, I sent many photos to him of said bike, and he called me yesterday and said they would give me about 3k... Well, that is funny because the offer they emailed was $3805 - $4485.... I let them know that was rude, that was not even close to what they had emailed and I did not want to talk to them further about it... I know trading in you will always get the Ahhh.... but come on, this made me think twice about doing any business with them.... I do not like shady crap, I do not like being treated like I am dumb because I am a woman, and it was very disrespectful. But I am still interested in the bike they have, if I sell my bike and they still have it, I would consider buying it. We shall see how this plays out. Do not treat people specifically women like we are morons, it is not a good look.

In response to the dealerships response, you did not see my bike, you low balled me after I received an online offer that did not include any of the upgrades on my bike. I know that I will not get back what I put into them, but $3k for my bike is insane. Maybe if I dropped ut a few times, it had 20k miles and no upgrades. It just really rubbed me the wrong way. I am still interested in the Indian, but only if it is there once I sell my bike myself.

This place sucks.i didn't get asked if I needed help .I thought I knew what I wanted.i looked at multiple ads four county's.there ad was totally deceptive advertising.allways check the reviews and most of all get the bottom line.$ how do you justify $3899.lowest prices possible.no other shops said plus at least a few things.taxes, freight $545, processing fee, $85 for 15 minute total transaction time.one year warranty $895,d,m,v newscum legal robbery $351.01.sub total gauge you $5775.01.oh such a perfect price for the shop
Ask how much shop labor $ probably close to 200 an hour.total to convince me to never buy anything again.5995.31. just tell the truth in advertising.not well we don't get any of that money.they refused to let me get the better 300 cc water cooler.i was there the next day.10 miles on bike.i would have taken a used one with low miles.they offered only to rob me for $2700 dollars to walk away and leave it.i would have waited 30 plus days for them to find the right bike and make me way happier.instead they told me to take it or leave it.alot of motorcycle clubs know about it.make it right find me a Suzuki drz,400.old but low miles.2000 to 2007. Made in Japan only.make me an offer I can't refuse and maybe some mind's will change.i wanted to pay the price difference for the 300 cc. . Still done deal you signed the contract.what a los Angeles style inner city coldness.make it right I will be in touch.please find one in the next 15 days and I will clean the slate.no hard feelings.

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the level of service and professionalism I have experienced at Wheels in Motion, particularly in my interactions with Jimmy, the Service Manager.

Over the years, I have trusted your shop with multiple services and have spent over $3,000. Based on those experiences, I expected a high standard of workmanship and customer care. Unfortunately, my recent visits have been disappointing and have raised serious concerns.

First, after servicing my 2002 Ducati—kept in pristine condition—the motorcycle began leaking a significant amount of gasoline the very next day. I contacted the shop and Jessie assisted in arranging a tow back. Upon inspection, I was informed the issue was caused by improper reassembly, specifically that the gas tank had not been properly clamped or secured.

Second, during a separate visit, I had a new coolant tank installed. After approximately 30 miles of riding, the tank began leaking immediately. I returned to the shop and was told that carbon fiber tanks can sometimes be defective. While the tank was replaced, I was asked to sign a document stating I would be responsible for labor costs if the issue occurred again. Given that the failure was due to a defective part, which I found concerning given the defect was not caused by me.

Most recently, after riding only 19 miles since the last service (as confirmed by Jimmy), the motorcycle again began leaking a large amount of gasoline from beneath the tank. When I brought this to Jimmy’s attention, he declined to repair the issue, despite its clear connection to prior service work.

Given the repeated issues and lack of resolution, I am extremely dissatisfied and request a prompt response to address this matter.
