Though I didn't end up buying a vehicle....Joe was very professional and friendly. He's honest and upfront. Not pushy at all. Great guy! I wish all salesman were like this. I drove from two hours away to buy a specific truck I found online. I worked with Greg the entire time and he was very helpful working with my bank and getting everything set up. When I was en route their system crashed and he actually penciled all the information in by hand so we could complete the deal. If I’m ever in the market I’d love working with them again.

My wife and I just bought a truck from here. Awesome no pressure experience. We are  from oneonta area and literally went to every dealer in a 200 mile radius of us including taking a trip into PA. We found some nice trucks on exit5s website and contacted them. Nick got back to us asap and his communication was great. We made the 2 hour trip to Albany and drove the truck home that day. It was exactly what we were looking for at the price we wanted. These guys take real pride in what they sell. Everything was very clean in good shape. Nick was very low pressure and made everything very easy. We were financed and headed on the road very quickly. We are 2 hours away but look forward to going back for services. Definitely going there first next time we need a car.

Nick was great to work with. He was super accommodating and easy to talk to. I did not feel pressured into anything I wasn’t comfortable with and he was honest and transparent from the get go.

**** update: I did not buy a warranty from the dealership, but there were concerns raised a few weeks after I purchased the vehicle. My dad brought it to the dealership for me and the guys in the shop assessed it and were able to repair what was needed at no cost to me at all. They were extremely friendly, honest, up front and reliable. I’ve recommended this place to everyone I know now. I can say assuredly that this dealership will not drain you for all you’ve got and leave you with something bad. 5/5 stars.

I didn’t end up buying a car from Exit 5, but my experience was nothing but pleasant. Nick was wonderful to work with. He was responsive, friendly, and attentive to and understanding of my situation as a 19 year old first time car buyer. I will absolutely consider Exit 5 again when I’m in the market for my next car!
