Description
2005 Fleetwood Niagara pop-up travel trailer camper. HUGE but easily towable, high-side, pop-up travel trailer! ~3,000 lbs dry weight. Tows like a dream. I bought it and then decided to buy a boat - AND I just don’t have room (or time) for both. Bought a bunch of new things for it, had the crank system serviced and gear system completely replaced (even though it was working great - just for peace of mind) - and the canvas is in superb condition! What it has: A/C works great! Refrigerator works great. Has a toilet (cassette type) and hard walled shower - a SUPER unique feature for a pop-up! Great canvas all around. No holes/ cracks/ dry rot. (one patch above kitchen slide - but it’s watertight) Two BIG king slides - with innerspring mattresses and extra foam padding. Stove AND oven look super clean inside (the cover could use sanding and paint) I have never tried them yet. Full sized microwave in cubby - doesn’t take up counterspace. Tires are in good shape with aluminum wheels (so no rust!) I bought a bunch of brand new items for camping that are included too: (2) tropical comforter/ sheet sets (new) (6) pillows (new) Toaster (new) Coffee maker (new) Large electric griddle (new) Nice copper non-stick pots/ pans set (new) Mixing bowl set (new) Kitchen utensil set (new) What it needs: The toilet looks like it needs a new seal. The cassette system looks good - just the flush seal needs replaced. Paint and pinstripes on the front (entry door) side. I scrubbed it so much - it’s down to the primer in a few spots. Lol - just cosmetic. Microwave cubby area needs cosmetic finishing - but works fine. I never hooked up water to it yet. It looks like the gray water drain was purposely disconnected to let it just drain out. A little cleaning inside - but it’s ready to camp! NADA average retail = $9,150 NADA low retail = $7,577 First serious offer takes it! Title in hand - and very motivated to sell because I have nowhere to store it now. Thanks for looking - and please let me know if you have questions.
