Couldn’t believe what I heard and the lack of customer service I received at this dealership. Came in yesterday and asked about the civic type R. The sales person shuffled in as of we bothered him from doing nothing  and with the lack of interest to sell a car, he asked how he could help me? Told him my son wanted to get info on this car and possibly test drive it. He said we don’t test drive these cars. I said how do we know if we like this vehicle, if we can’t test drive and see how it handles or feels? He said they are specialty cars and the only way that anyone gets to test it is if they are purchased first. The sales guy couldn’t give me any type of specifications on the vehicle had no clue the performance on the vehicle, until I finally asked for a spec page. He was annoyed that I had to inconvenience him to give me a printout, because the car itself did not have any information other than half sheet of paper on the window. That stated there was a $10 K markup because it was a specialty car. I could not believe that not only do you mark up a vehicle $10k (understandable, since not many at made) but that you expect me to pay $58k without taxes and you can’t even test it out or turn the car on. Alex McDonald was probably one of the worst sales person ever because he never even bothered to ask how I plan to pay for it, or what my financial option was for me. I could have given him financial proof by opening my bank app. He dismissed me and my son altogether! He practically kept walking away every time we tried to ask something about the car. He knew NOTHING about this car. Which is probably why he lost the sale. Contacted Tucson Honda and explained what happened. He said no problem. Got the GREEN light from his manager and tomorrow I’m driving  2 hours to test drive it and hopefully  purchase it. I will never give this dealership my money again! I should have known better when my friend uses this dealership for her Pilot and the service guy has not been able to get a part in for over 3 months and her very expensive car sounds like crap.   Buy a car, don’t buy a car from this dealership but don’t waste your time on Alex McDonald.

Took my accord in to get the a/c recharged and they threw in a free car wash. After picking it up, once I got on the highway I noticed the passenger side mirror was pointing straight down, further than I thought it could go. My control button inside wouldn’t make it move either. I took it back the next day and the original guy (Steve) wasn’t there. A young tech tried manually fixing it himself and was unsuccessful. He said he would relay the info to Steve and I would be hearing from him. Steve never called so I reached back out a week later. When I brought it back in, Steve denied that they damaged the mirror at all. Steve’s bosses also denied that they damaged my car. Once I realized they were not going to own up to their mistake and make it right, I lost my cool and cussed them out and drove away. Those guys are criminals.

The salesman that I worked with earned the 5-stars for him, but not the dealership as a whole. I was unable to make a deal with this dealership, but my experience working with Jimmy Ahearne was top notch. He made sure that you did not feel pressured at any point while you are shopping around or negotiating. I cannot express how much Jimmy deserves praise for his time and effort that he is willing to put in for people. Also seems to be very transparent about everything in his power that he can do. I would have loved to purchase from him, but sadly, his management team would absolutely not budge on pricing even though their lot is PACKED with vehicles that have been sitting for months. Management contacted me a few times and I can confidently say that it was not Jimmy's fault why I didn't buy from here.

If you can get in there at the right time of the year with different management and if Jimmy Ahearne is available to work with you, you will no doubt be satisfied with your purchase from him.

I took my 2022 CRV, that I purchased there, in for an oil change. I presented a coupon to them from another service facility that offered a lower price along with an email offer from them that stated "We match any competitor's offer" and further states "We accept any service coupons you receive from anyone" The service director would not honor my coupon because he said that "anyone" only meant other dealers. I then emailed the general manager...twice, and received no response. It's unlike any service I've ever received from any other Honda dealer. I will not be back to Arrowhead Honda and will not recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle or service
