I had been looking for a used Range Rover for sometime.  When this one popped up on one of the sites I jumped all over it and e-mailed the team at Auto Web Expo immediately (2.a.m).  By 9am, David Garza had already gotten back to me.  He described the vehicle thoroughly, allowed me to come down for a test drive, then let me take it home overnight to ensure the wife would love it.  She did, so we went back down the next morning to complete the deal (although David did offer to come to the house during Covid instead, very thoughtful).  Before finally selling me the vehicle David ensured it was thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and even performed some minor maintenance with the vehicle which would have been standard operating procedure before posting it if I hadn't been in such a hurry!  Everything checked out great except for 1 thing, which David ensured his service team not only fixed the issue, but held onto the vehicle for a few days of driving to ensure my wife wouldn't have any problems.   Now that we're under the full protection of the Auto Web Expo warranty team, and we have a full maintenance contract, we literally have nothing to worry about for the next 3 years of driving.  Should any issues arrive, we take the Range Rover down for a scheduled service appointment, and we drive a nice Mercedes around while they perform pit crew duties!  So far, wonderful experience with the company, but even more impressed with young David Garza.  Thanks for providing an excellent, safe, affordable experience for our family at such an impressive price!  Would Auto Web all day long.  Make sure you ask for David!

I saw car I was looking for in months on the web and I liked the picture around 10pm. Within 5 minutes William C texted me if I am interested. We chatted for some minutes and he gave me a quote and deal he can work on for me. Fast forward William worked with me everyday for days to get it done. Everyone was super pleasant. There was an issue where the car we had an appointment to see was sold before we got there and we were not told despite confirming the day before and the day of. The representative was able to find a comparable vehicle which we appreciated. Overall the experience was as nice as car buying can be.

Best service in town you can ever have if you own a Mercedes. Friendly and super professional customer service. They took care of me and my brother with incredible prices. Highly recommended 👌 👍 👏
