1970s Dolly Toy Co. Clown Balloon Dog Table Lamp + Nightlight. Really fun, colorful lamp. TESTED & WORKS: Multiple light settings - Both lights on - Nightlight only on - Balloon light only on. Both bulbs are included. Missing the clowns stick and 2 balloon strings. Measures about 20 inches tall. The base is 7.5 inches across. The balloon light part is about 10 inches wide.
