I had the best experience at Lexus of Concord. My salesman Ali was absolutely fantastic! Very helpful and friendly and made the process as smooth as possible. My service advisor, Norma, was great!  She went beyond the standard to accommodate & assist me while waiting for service on my car. She made extra calls to see if I qualified for additional services. Unfortunately my prepaid contract did not cover the situation but I really appreciated the effort Norma put into finding out. Also very grateful for setting me up with a loaner. That department was also extra helpful in finding directions to my destination.
