Fantastic experience ever! My husband and I came from another state just to look at the trucks as we’ve been shopping for one for a few months. We met Alex and he promised we will be leaving in a truck. I thought, he sure is confident that we’ll find what we want and for the right price. He was right! Wow!!  Let me tell you.I came to Florida all the way from North Carolina.I spoke with Orlando and started the process with me so I knew it was sure deal.And believe me when I tell you this.I was not disappointed.Orlando and Alex went above and beyond to get me in my dream truck.I gave a down payment that was within my budget .And I’m extremely happy with my new car. I will definitely tell all my friends about this dealer.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PLACE!
WE ALMOST GOT AN ACCIDENT.
We arrived to buy our car and were very well attended by Manoel. But when the company manager started to assist us, the bad service started. We asked for the final price of the vehicle and he never said anything. I explained to him that this was not a sales technique. It was an abuse not to tell us the price of the vehicle we wanted to buy. Manoel tried to get around the situation. However, when we closed the deal, the final price was different from what we had agreed upon. Almost 10 thousand dollars more! Giovani tried to resolve the situation the wrong way. He tried to convince me that the manager had not deceived us. In the end, he admitted the mistake and paid the agreed price. When we were on our way home, a distance of 4 hours, we noticed that the car was not aligned and balanced. We asked Manoel to honor the costs. He said that he would only pay if we went back to the store. This was absurd, since that would have a very high cost and would damage the tires. So they failed once again. When we went to change the oil, filter and air filter, we realized that the air filter was the original one for the car, even after having driven 70 thousand miles. The oil was very bad and the filter was not recommended for the vehicle. We wanted to take the car to work, since we are starting our car hauling company. Unfortunately, they delayed sending the license plate for the car. Only Manoel paid us any attention and when he insisted a lot. After less than a week on the road, a tire blew out and almost caused a serious accident. In addition, we had to pay another $350. When we were going to continue on another route, the other tire started to fall apart. We had to go back home to check all the tires. In the end, all the tires were condemned. Since we can't change them all right now, we changed the two front ones and we are going to try to get them to pay for the others. But Giovani said he can't pay because it was more than 30 days after we bought them. The air filter too, Giovani? The lack of balance? Poor quality tires too? We ask for respect for the customer.

THEY DON’T THINK ABOUT PEOPLE OR BUSINESS, ONLY ABOUT MONEY. DON’T TRUST!

I would love to know why you guys are pulling my credit report every year? That is unprofessional and unethical. I don’t even understand how you got my information but you guys better fix that! You guys keep pulling a hard inquiry.
