Koons has amazing prices and staff. However, the reason for 4 stars is because I find that anyone or anything has room for improvement. This was our second Jeep purchased from here. Our 1st experience was great in 2018. This time wasn't as great, just to be honest. My online salesman was very quick to respond to my many emails, but sometimes I didn't find responses very personable. Emails and in-person communication was a bit too much business-minded which is to be expected with a busy dealership like this, but I find this could be improved...even if it means creating more jobs so that there is time to devote solely to ONE customer during THEIR appointment rather than multitasking with several customers. I just didn't feel valued this time.
Our visit also took longer than normal. Our 1st visit only took about an hour; this time it took 3 hours. This even included me sending in all my documents and having an appointment. I don't think there was much preparation on their end for my appointment. Taking care of other customers while also taking care of me I think slowed the process down too.
However, on a good note, they did have my Jeep all detailed and spotless which was expected. It also had a full tank of gas. I also liked how they didn't have a front license plate on my Jeep since we didn't need one in WV. (I wouldn't have liked the holes made in the front bumper.)

Best Buying experience I've ever had.  I found the Truck of my dreams online, at a very good price point.  I called and spoke to Brandon Gonzales and he really went the extra mile.  Hussein the sales manager was a great guy too, he wanted to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible.  They gave me a great offer on my trade in as well, and I walked away from a new car purchase at ease and very happy.  OH, did I mention Brandon and Tyler (also very awesome) came to deliver and pick up my trade.  Couldn't of been better!  I will always go to Koons RAM first.  Thanks Guys!

We worked with Cristian Omar from Koons Tysons for our new car. We was still shopping around that day and didn't expect to really close a deal. Christian said hi to us the very first moment when we got in and his sincerity and professionalism were impressive. Since it's a big purchase, we asked questions and compared different cars and he kept being very patient. He even went extra miles to facilitate the communication between his manager and us, and we had very pleasant experience that day and was happy with what we got. We also worked with the other staff for paperwork and registration in the office and they were all friendly and efficient. Overall, Koons Tysons offered the best car for us with the same price range after comparing with many dealers in NOVA. I won't spend time to write this if I am not a truly-satisfied customer.

Wonderful car buying experience! Signed up for an appointment to test drive a vehicle,  soon as we arrived they were ready with key in hand.  We decided to explore other vehicle options and Nicole was very patient and accommodating. During this time there was no pressure to purchase.  It was pleasant to not have a salesperson just trying to make a sale, but instead helping us to find a vehicle we would like and keeping mindfulness of our budget. They also worked to make sure we got approved for the lowest financing and longer term option to help get the payments lower.

I have purchased several vehicles from several dealerships over the years.  My recent purchase of a Dodge 1500 Longhorn Limited from Koons Dodge Jeep Ram was by far the best experience that I have ever had.  My sales person, Tyler, was extremely professional and friendly and had a very detailed knowledge on the entire Dodge 1500 line of trucks.  He was able to answer all of my questions concerning the various available options and provided a very detailed tutorial on the major functions of the truck that I purchased.  I highly recommend this dealership!  Thanks for a great purchasing experience!!!
