Lazy Boy Dual Reclining Sofa in Good Condition. Comes from a Smoke Free Home. I do wipe it down a couple times a week & vacuum it every few days. As I have a bit of OCD. There's no stains, smells, seams coming apart or anything like that. There are 2 nicks on the sofa, from a little wear & tear but, nothing major. I have included pics of them.
