Overall, good experience. Great prices and selection of cars. There are only a few things to critique.

One: Transaction fees

I paid multiple transactions fees totaling up to $86.66 dollars. $40 twice for two down payments and $6.66 for paying for delivery. I hope that you guys can get these fees removed or included in total fees.

Two: Confusion with financing

So, I thought I was getting a 75 month finance term for my car, but it was reduced to 60 months because I added GAP insurance to it. However, I asked several times if the 75 month term still applied. I thought they said it did. Maybe I was hearing what I wanted to hear. Miscommunication.

Three: Super shady delivery

So I purchased delivery of my car to my home because I was not a licensed driver at the time. I lived within range so I thought it was a good idea. I paid for it in-person and overheard one of the salesperson's conversation with the deliveryman that my car would be delivered the same day. I was also told it would be delivered that same day. That didn't happen. It took about 24 hours for my car to get delivered to me.

I really hope this business continues to grow and becomes more efficient. There's really nice, diverse, hardworking people here. I want to see the best for them.

Update 05/17/2022:

I discovered today that they're a new business, just opened up in November. Based on my experience with them, they deserve 5 stars especially after what they did for me today. They are doing great and will get much better with time. These are just growing pains.

If you want to buy a car, definitely go talk with "DARA". I had some issues with my car and warranty and he helped me with my situation. He is very helpful, kind and professional. You really can trust him and highly recommend him!

It was a pleasure doing business with Daracars.  Friendly staff altogether, but Mr. Dara himself is especially kind and helpful to deal with.  After test driving the van I wanted to buy, I noticed a problem with the back door.  Mr. Dara special ordered and installed a perfect replacement - at their expense.  He was so nice and responsive - I really appreciated his communications with me through the purchase and delivery of my van, and even afterwards when I had a follow up question.  Also, it is reassuring that the price includes a three month warranty.  Thank you Daracars.

A spacious lot filled with smiling and friendly faces will greet you and make sure you're parking is taken care before they lead you into a beautiful office that immediately gives an exuberant sense of trust and warmth.

The employees are extremely responsive, with great attitudes that don't remind me of robotic salesmen from almost every other chain dealership. I understand commercials are telling you to shop for your car online, but for those of us that want to make sure a large purchase is going towards something of quality, this is a great spot for it.

The owner is a polite, professional, and his knowledge and advice about his vehicles or any vehicle for that matter, is unbelievable. Be wary, because you will most likely get a little excited by his poise and genuine character and start asking him to be buddies. The whole place from location, to inventory, prices, staff, and the wonderful Mr. Dara himself have made an impact on me, and I whole-heartily recommend this place to anyone purchasing, repairing, or selling your car.
