The Groove Tubes GT66 is a studio-grade, large-diaphragm tube condenser microphone known for its warm, rich tone and high sensitivity, often used for vocals and acoustic instruments. It features a Cardioid polar pattern, a GT Disk Resonator™ design for extended high frequencies, and requires a dedicated GT PSM1 power supply. While it offers excellent clarity and a classic tube sound, its high sensitivity can pick up room noise, and it includes a switchable high-pass filter and pad to manage different recording situations.
