Hi, I got this Yoga bolster a while back for my yoga teacher training. I really love it, and it has given me a handful of beautiful moments on the mat, but I have moved on to a lighter version to travel in and out of studios. For somebody only training at home, the weight comes in as a huge advantage for additional sensation of grounding and weight on the body (for example, having the bolster on your legs for Savasana). I hope it finds a beautiful home. The cover is washable, and it’s in great condition.
