Than was superb and kept us fully informed as we went through the process. His patience was great and I felt like he truly was listening to what we were looking for -- we ended up with a great car. Billy K was his usual helpful and upbeat self -- great leadership that is reflected in how the team responds to customers. Since we were doing a cash deal, was hoping the business process could have moved a bit quicker but went fine once Gabriel got us into his office. I bought my 4Runner in 2006 and James and Michael have been taking care of all of my service needs - especially when dealing with my mom.  They are always so thorough about identifying issues. Helped my aunt, on a strict budget, purchase a car from Koons Tysons and Valentine, the sales representative, was great to work with.  He was honest, responsive and really cared about making sure the customer experience was top notch. We found the car online, and were able to work with Valentine by phone and text, in one day, to get the best price on the sale and trade in. Incredible! All we needed to do was show up, test drive, and purchase the car based on the already negotiated price for both purchase and trade in.  No haggling or up selling. A true transparent and   seamless process.  Since the purchase, Valentine has followed up to make sure the tags have been received, and the car is still running great.  Would work with Valentine and Koons Tysons Toyota again without hesitation.
