I had a terrible experience with Quantum dealership in Escondido. I bought a car there, put down $10,000 and financed the rest. Within the first week, the car started having major problems.

Since then, the car has been back to their service department multiple times, but the issues are never resolved. They say the repairs are done, but the problems keep coming back. The lack of transparency and accountability has been extremely frustrating.

Yesterday, I even went there with my own mechanic to look at the car, since they still have it. They told me it might be fixed now — but they hadn’t even driven it after the supposed repair. That left me with no confidence that the issue is actually solved.

On top of all this, the customer service has been disrespectful and unhelpful. Buying a car should bring peace of mind, but instead this has been nothing but financial loss, stress, and disappointment.

I strongly recommend avoiding Quantum Escondido if you are considering purchasing a car.

I didn’t buy a car here myself, but I’ve been by Giullia’s side through her entire experience with this dealership. I was there when she purchased her Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 and I’ve seen firsthand the nightmare she has been going through since the first week the car started having serious problems.

Instead of helping her, the dealership has been ignoring her, giving no real updates, and even treating her disrespectfully. I’ve watched her deal with constant stress, anxiety, and unsafe situations because of this.

As someone who saw all of this happen, I feel it’s important to warn others: this dealership does not treat their customers with honesty or care.
