Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I purchased a RAM Promaster here, about 9 months ago. For the past 8 months it’s been in the shop - everything is wrong with it. Racked up $15,000 in repairs. Would not recommend buying here.

Initially, I truly had a great experience at this dealership buying my Silverado 1500. Andrew was very nice, he let me test drive the truck by my self while he took my car out, and he was very friendly during the signing process. Then I drove my truck home. Truck was filthy, clearly undetailed, but really not that big of a deal. Ive got service traction control and service stabilitrak lights on, I checked the oil and found that the truck has under a quart of oil left and was not changed, and I had to spend $800 at Walmart to get the tires changed because the tires had breaks in the walls. Overall, really not happy with the turnout of buying this truck. It was severely overpriced for the amount of issues I've had with it, and after spending months looking for the perfect truck, I regret my decision to buy this particular one so far.

We had a great experience purchasing our most recent vehicle at S&S. Ahmed was great, knowledgeable about their inventory, direct yet not pushy at all and friendly. We had previously found the vehicle we went there to see online and Ahmed had us test driving it within 10 min of arriving there. He was very patient and helpful with all our questions and quickly obtained info we inquired about.  When we decided to go ahead and purchase a vehicle the transaction was smooth and quick. We would definitely do business here again when buying  future vehicles. Thanks again!!

Shady place, and people, worst experience, i was lied too and sold a car that was supposed to have no issues and not even a month in i can list a whole list of issues with it god knows how much it will all cost i made it clear i couldn’t even chance a car with any issues at all and clearly they don’t care, and then it cost 500$ to register the car , and who i was meeting wouldn’t meet us half way at all made it seem like there time was more important then ours when we had to drive from damn near rainier to Auburn i wish i had never bought this car it’s one issues after another & there not doing anything to even try and make it right PLEASE DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE THREW THEM. Please.they could care less about there customers they want the money and they will lie to get it . Now I’m stuck with a car that’s breaking down one problem at a time it’s always a new suprise! I have let them know of the issues and I’m either being ignored or like i said they don’t care to make anything right !

Do not get a car from here if your credit is bad ! My car came with bad ac, tie rods, sway bar links, control arm, bad alignment, all struts front and back bad! Those things takes years to go bad. Not to mention something is still up with the steering wheel smh I was fine when I got it but I could tell there was some minor issues so I thought! They won’t help me fix it because they have me 1400 off and I cashed out so far had to put in 1730 and because I drove to Vegas ! That’s when the problem became more noticeable because it was already messed up smh ! I still have yo see what’s. wrong with my steering wheel.
