Sooooo happy! I bought a beautiful VW Touareg from Pa and Bernard about a week ago and could not be happier with my purchase. We were a little nervous working with such a small business for our used car purchase, but couldn’t have had a better experience. Jim was knowledgeable and not pushy, and once we decided to purchase the process was smooth and easy on our part. Both Jim and the owner were personable and made sure we were getting any benefits or tax write offs we could buying an EV. Definitely happy to have bought our car here! Fair and reasonably priced.

My 15 year old daughter and I were here to look at the 2009 Toyota Camry for its purpose of being her first car. We showed up 30 minutes before closing time and met Pa, the owner. From the beginning of him showing us the car, informing us the brakes needed to be fixed and promising he’ll get them and the rotors replaced prior to finalizing the sale, to us still being able to take it for a test drive, meant I was sold on this little dealership from the beginning. He was so friendly, personable, and honest to work with. We’ve got 4 other children that’ll need cars in the future and I’ll make sure we come back to Bright Star Motors. 100% recommend this place!
