NADA (Kelly Blu Book for RVs) guide lists this model, in this condition and mileage at $47,000. We’re selling for $10k under book value. We hold the title to this very clean, non-smoker owned, low mileage (43,304 miles) motorhome. •Has a Ford Triton V10 motor. Runs on 30 or 50 amp service when hooked to shore line power. •It has two slide outs - living room and master bedroom •Sleeps up to 8 people! Has a queen bed, 2 twin bunks, a couch that folds out to a full size bed and a dinette that converts to a full size bed. •Wrap around camera system to assist driver; activated when signal is on or manually. •A tune up which included all fluids changed, was performed in ‘2022. •The house batteries, and the motor battery where also new in 2022. •It has two AC units; one in the back bedroom and one up front. *in March of ‘22 the front house AC unit was replaced with a new Coleman AC unit 🥶. •It also has an Onan generator that runs by use of the coaches gas tank. •We are selling it with an electric, ‘induction’ cook top (gas oven works fine) for more cooking options and a new (still in box) propane adaptor, so you can run the coach appliances with a portable propane tank, should the on board LP tank be empty and you don’t want to pick up and drive to get it filled. Carpets were professionally cleaned in April of ‘22 just after purchasing the unit. •A protective vinyl coating sealant was applied on the roof top as extra protection in April of 2022. There have never been any leaks.. •Tire tread has almost no wear but they are the original tires All the things you need and some extras for full RV hook up provided, including: a power conditioner, extra black tank hoses, clean out device and more. **What needs attention but does not affect use of the coach: •(one of 4) Drivers side front left “self leveling jack” needs a new seal or jack replacement •bathroom & dinning room fan motors do not work. Everything else is in good working order. This Vista has low mileage and as we did not travel in this RV like we thought, due to economy and it has been parked in our driveway since early 2023.
