Came in with my significant other to help her purchase a car today. Ali and Tim were seriously the best car sales reps I have ever witnessed. Not pushy, upfront about cost, and concerns with the vehicle. Instantly gave us the Carfax, went and put gas in for a longer test drive, and secured a really nice loan agreement for us. This was a 10/10 experience and I will be recommending anyone I know to these guys. When the time comes for me to get a new car, I will be coming here, and only here.

This place isn’t as bad when it comes to the people. I had a good buying experience but can’t say I had a good car that came with it. I normally don’t leave reviews but I am little upset and it took some time for me to make this review. Drove a car off the lot and less than 500 miles of driving the check engine light was on. They decided they would fix it for me and I was appreciative. Unfortunately I got the car back only to find that the intake was never even connected to the throttle body and vacuum hoses not connected. Not a big deal and I didn’t bother telling them since it was easy and it kinda felt like a bother the first time they had it. After those issues I come to find out the thermostat was broken after they had Fixed it, so I replaced a second time in a month and car was good. Now I’m sitting at 2,000 miles since I bought it and over 3k of work has gone into replacing several stuff like radiator, thermostat, power steering. Not sure if I just got the bad one out of the bunch, but just a fair warning for anyone looking to buy a reliable car and not have extra money laying around to replace expensive stuff on it. I would say bring a very good mechanic since the one they have can’t remember to reconnect important vitals to a car. I wouldn’t recommend this place to people who want to buy a 20k+ car and still have to put a lot of money into it.

This is the 2nd vehicle that we have purchased from Denver Auto Outlet! Our 1st purchase was a Toyota Corolla and the 2nd a Honda CRV. We went in with our daughter looking for the perfect SUV, we had been talking with Ali and Tim for a while when they invited us over to have a look. They both were patient with us and let us look around. We found the car, and she loved it! Ali went to work to get us approved, this was no small task as our daughter didn’t have any credit at all. After a couple of hours we were out the door with a new to her car that she absolutely loved! Thank you Ali and team we appreciate you and all your hard work to get the deal closed! Bought a car from here and never again am I going to small dealerships like this one. I’ve had my car for a year and have only been able to use it for maybe a max of 5 months ever since I got it because it does not work. I’ve put in a good amount of money for a car that should’ve atleast been checked correctly to make sure there wasn’t anything major wrong with it. It’s very frustrating because I’m paying off the car still and still putting in money to just get it to run. A suggestion to the dealership is to not sell cars that are inoperative to people and actually check your cars correctly before putting them out on the market because it’s really not fair to YOUR customers.
